Care should be taken to ensure that (UWP) Render/Plaster is thoroughly mixed. Small quantities (up to 10 kg) can be mixed by hand using a suitable mixing drum or bucket. (UWP)eater quantities must be mixed with a mechanical forced mixer with a high shear stirrer. Use potable water while mixing and add water into the mixing vessel, and with a mixer in operation, add one full bag of (UWP) Render/Plaster and mix for 3 to 5 minutes until, a fully homogeneous and uniform mix is achieved. Dependent on the ambient temperature and the desired consistency, the amount of water required may vary slightly but should not exceed 9-10 liters per 40 kg of (UWP) Render/Plaster. Excess mixing water may result in surface crazing, cracking as well as lower strength and adhesion.
