Mixing

As a cement containing blended powder UFIX SPLASH must be thoroughly mixed with clean, potable water to a homogeneous slurry prior to application. As the cement cures, the slurry will get thicker with time until it is no longer usable. Mechanical stirrers are recommended for mixing powder into water. The pot life is about 3 hours in ambient conditions. Addition of too much water will result in shrinkage and cracking. Application: UFIX SPLASH can be applied in a single coat application to achieved desired thickness of 3 – 5 mm. Apply mixed material using mechanical spray or hawk & trowel technique. Do not use more quantities of water during mixing, it causes shrinkage and cracking.

Storage

UFIX SPLASH can be stored 24 months in the original packaging in shade and dry places.
